Erth Bev Co - Rainbow Switchel

A "Switchel" by ERTH is a modern, sparkling version of an old-fashioned farmer's drink (also called "haymaker's punch"), traditionally made with ginger, apple cider vinegar, and sweeteners like honey or molasses, but ERTH uses local Idaho honey and real fruit juices for electrolytes and gut health, offering a tart, healthy alternative to soda and sports drinks. Lightly effervescent, subtly sweet, and naturally invigorating.
